Transaction went smooth. Made the purchase, it shipped the following day, then arrived 2 days later. The laptop mount that I bought for a new patrol vehicle was priced amazingly. The Same stand on a law enforcement website was $600 more than from this website. So, great prices.

30 Day return starts when you purchase the item, not delivery.
I bought a tv from this company that arrived with a crack, but because of delays in shipping I was not able to find this out till after my 30 days was complete because this starts when on the date of your invoice and not on date of pickup. They refused to help at all and I am currently disputing with my credit card. Their shipping also leaves something to be desired because if you don't pay extra they deliver at the end of your driveway, even if your house is a half mile down the rd. Pay the extra with someone else and don't deal with this hassle.

I was excited to find a website that I could buy a hard drive from for a lot cheaper than regular price, the delivery was swift as well but upon receiving the hard drive and installing it, my dell insiron 15 7579 did not recognize the hard drive and could not install it. Even though it is the correct kind for said laptop version. Very disappointed
